During this internship period I had mainly spent my time learning and using MUGEN, a 2d fighter game engine. The game engine is usually empty and if you would like fighters in the game you would have to manual input them. My tasks were to import a list of characters that were assigned to me. In order to complete my task I had to go into photoshop to clean up sprites for characters, remap input for move sets and readjust character stats.

Global Kids is an organization that promotes the youth from underserved communities to address and activate for social justice issues. During my time with them, I was tasked with learning how to use the platform "Scratch" and making a game on addressing a social issue of my choosing. I ended up making a level on a game addressing the Syrian refugee crisis.
