This is a global organization with presence multiple locations across all regions.My responsibility is to deliver high impact results and ensure constant improvement for GOC organization. All projects I am leading are focused in standardization as well as internal transformation from old standard process to new standards.All project applies ITIL.During 2011 and 2012 I was in charge of setting up transformation plans and follow-up for legacy delivery center (AMS and EMEA based) to ensure the alignment to HP standards. Transformation as well as continual service improvement methodologies were applied. Balance Scorecard readiness and implementation of quality initiatives were some of the key accomplishments during this period. Also collaborated to define the Quality framework that later was applied globally.Also as a Quality Engineer I was responsible to design and apply a new standard process to ensure the right treatment of critical incidents.
