The Citizen Network brings together civil society, companies, public agencies and other social organizations to bring solutions in the generation of work and income, having created the methodology of Network Generation of Work and Income for young people from low income families.

Responsible for the management of Supply Chain, IT, Administration and Real Estate Areas in Brazil (Rio de Janeiro, Sao Paulo and Minas Gerais), reporting to the Latin America Senior Vice-President.- I created, implanted and developed the Supply Chain area, outlining new procedure and financial control in the ERP, generating savings of about R$ 500 thousand, in the first twelve months.- I was the head of the logistic operation of environmental investigation project, meeting demands with human and material resources, which guaranteed the performance of field works within the periods of time stipulated by the client.- I conducted the procedure for the reduction of the number of suppliers and costs, focusing on performance improvement, organizing strategic bids regarding materials, services and existing contracts, which significantly improved the compliance with internal, external and corporate demands for services and materials throughout the country.- I developed the relations with new suppliers all over the country and abroad, making possible the reduction of costs and performance improvement.- I analyzed the best ERP system option, together with the CIO of Los Angeles Head Office, with the intention of implementing and multiplying it in all other offices of the same business line.- I negociated (Real Estate) lease agreements, acting as HQ's focal point and the interface with the brokers, providing support to the transaction with Latin American offices (Colombia and Venezuela) and to the Olympic Park project in Brazil, witch reduced costs of adjustments to lease renewals.

Responible for O&M logistics, imports, negotiations and purchases of services, data and voice equipment.- I ensured the complete availability (24 hours/7 days) of back-up equipment, with focus on national and international logistics, meeting the demand in the (O&M) Operations and Maintenance Areas.- I hired and managed the logistic provider of import/export services, customs clearance, national transport and storage, which ensured the equipment for the projects was delivered in various terms and its customs clearance (less than 3 days).- I negotiated and managed agreements for the provision of products and services, significantly reducing the prices payable for the aquisition of equipment and services for the activation of clients within the data network and a reduction of the equipment delivery terms, with the average savings above 35% in the aquisition of products and services.- I developed relations with new suppliers and the purchase of equipment meant for the stimulation of clients of the Intelig data network, which made possible the reduction of costs and improvement of the average term of activation of clients.

Responsible for the import of software, replacement parts, equipment upgrading, household goods, as well as for the Rio Distribution Center and all parties subcontracted by such branch.- I acted in the analysis of material to be imported, complying with the laws of the country of destination, and following up orders for the production and coordination of the delivery at the port/airport of origin (USA) attaining the following results:i) correct shipment authorization; ii) management of the shortest term for the customs clearance;iii) integrity of delivery to Rio DC for subsequent billing and delivery to the client, and;iv) reduction of costs and terms of international transportation through negotiations with cargo agents.- I renegotiated internal transportation from factories to the ports/airports (USA modal optimization) which ensured the delivery of all critical orders within expected terms.- I gave support to USA IBM Export Area during the annual closing operation, but continued assigned to IBM international distribution center in Boulder, CO, for four months.
