As a fellow with Teach For Pakistan, I navigated unprecedented challenges to address educational inequity, enhancing my understanding of the educational landscape and reinforcing my commitment to long-term educational goals. My role involved shaping students into loving, thinking, and engaged citizens, requiring bravery, deep community engagement, and continuous personal growth.In addition to teaching, I actively engaged with the Teach For Pakistan community, sharing reflections, providing support, and contributing to the collective purpose of the movement. This involvement honed my ability to connect ideas, answer questions, and raise new ones, fostering continuous improvement.As the Head of the IT Department at a college, I wore multiple hats, teaching Computer Science and Math at the BSc level, and performing duties as a Computer Operator and Administrator. I was responsible for designing and formatting crucial documents, including result cards and examination papers, as well as lesson planning and creating presentations.My experience in IT management, educational administration, and document design has equipped me with a diverse skill set, enabling me to contribute effectively in various professional settings.
