50x2030 seeks to transform agricultural data systems in 50 countries by 2030 by enhancing their capacities to use data to make evidence-based decisions and policy choices. It is implemented by IFAD, FAO and the World Bank. My main duties include:• Support the development of 50x2030 annual work plans and strategies• Lead (Cambodia and Georgia) and support (Cabo Verde; Ethiopia; Senegal; and Uganda) country engagement efforts. Build strategic relationships with national stakeholders (Min. of Ag; Min. of Fin; National Statistical Offices; Parliament; etc.). Formulate workplans and budgets; Analyse implementation bottlenecks and design roadmaps to ensure effective program delivery. Develop M&E frameworks, including indicators and targets• Lead capacity building efforts to promote Data Use for policy and decision-making in Cambodia and Georgia. Design and implement technical assistance, trainings, and workshops. Train Government Officials on statistics, data analysis and data visualization (PowerBI) and impact evaluation (+150 people trained).• Develop high-quality knowledge products to facilitate evidence-based policy formulation in agriculture. These include infographics, dashboards and technical analysis, using top-notch technologies and methodologies. Present these products to high-level Government Officials• Develop and manage a Project Management System to monitor activities and track progress against KPIs (monday.com), including visual boards, Gantt charts and other monitoring tools to represent activities, deadlines, milestones and budgets. Set team routines to ensure timely updates• Coordinate the production of Country Capacity Assessments, implemented through a quantitative survey (~150 stakeholders) and qualitative interviews. Design questionnaires and logical frameworks; draft results' reports and coordinate consultants’ work. I have optimized this process by implementing real-time data analysis (PowerBI), increasing its efficiency and accuracy

• Implement IFAD’s Performance-Based Allocation System (PBAS), a data-driven methodology to allocate IFAD’s resources amongst beneficiary countries ($3.3 bn development financing to 80 countries). Produce country-level allocations through data analysis on development indicators and on project performance measures. Monitor and report on KPIs on resources utilization and distribution. Coordinate the production of two PBAS indicators: the Vulnerability Index (IVI), capturing the multidimensionality of rural poverty and climate change; and the Rural Sector Performance Assessment (RSPA), measuring the quality and performance of countries’ rural policies and institutions• Provide analysis in support of the pipeline development. Develop IFAD's first-ever Pipeline Monitoring Tool using PowerBI to promote evidence-based decision-making on IFAD's pipeline of projects.• Execute Monitoring and Evaluation and Reporting functions on IFAD’s portfolio (200 projects). Support IFAD’s corporate reporting exercise (RIDE) and address donors’ requests. Provide technical support to develop new operational and indicators, methodologies and data-collection activities. Produce knowledge products such as infographics, project scorecards and operational guidelines.• Produce PBAS Scenarios for Senior Management and Governing Bodies discussions in the context of IFAD12 Replenishment. Provide writing and data analysis for three official papers in IFAD12 Replenishment Consultations: IFAD12 Replenishment Report; Business Model and Financial Framework; Resource Allocation Mechanisms. Modelling +200 financial scenarios, including sensitivity analyses and stress tests. Participate as resource person in Executive Board meetings, the PBAS Working Group and other Governing Bodies deliberations• Produce Quarterly Reports on IFAD’s corporate-level Operational Performance, including KPIs on project design and implementation; risks; disbursements; implementation quality and progress; among others

DELIVER aims at Driving Delivery of Results in the Agriculture Sector by establishing and supporting Delivery Units at Minister of Agriculture and Prime Minister/Presidential Offices levels. This initiative is implemented in Togo, Ecuador, Madagascar, Samoa and Senegal. My main duties included:• Perform project appraisal and selectivity assessments for candidate countries. Support the organization of scoping missions • Research and development of project-level indicators on SDG1 and SDG2 (poverty reduction and hunger eradication)• Produce of financial reports and analyses • Develop of communication and outreach material, including brochures in English, Spanish and French• Coordination of the development of an online learning platform for sharing lessons learned on results management in the public sector• Administrative and budget support for a U$S 4.2 million envelope

• Support the implementation of IFAD's Partnership and Resource Mobilization Strategy, aimed at raising U$S 1.2 billion contributions for executing a portfolio of sustainable rural development projects of U$S 3.5 billion (2019-2021)• Provide donors' intelligence through in-depth research on development finance trends and policy analyses• Support the design of tailored strategies to approach each donor• Identify funding/partnership opportunities with donors, CSOs, academic and research institutions and elaborate proposals• Draft reports on donors' contributions and monitor the resource mobilization process through financial analyses and forecasts• Conduct benchmarking analyses against other UN organizations to assess the efficiency of IFAD's resource mobilization function• Support the design of initiatives aimed at raising IFAD's visibility in key countries• Collaborate with the "Smallholder and Agri-SME Finance and Investment Network" (SAFIN), aimed at strengthening the financial ecosystems in which small-holder farmers operate• Coordinate the production a biweekly brief addressed to IFAD's President

• Research on international economic trends and dynamics, for providing high-level advisory to the Argentinean Chief of Cabinet of Ministers• Elaborate briefs on international economy for multilateral meetings and international summits• Provide decision-support materials, including advisory pieces on projects, policies and strategies to further the priorities of the Argentinean Government Since these reports were addressed to high-level political authorities (including the President of Argentina), this was a challenging job through which I developed relevant skills such strategic thinking, problem solving, ability to work under pressure and time management.
