Within a period of 4 months, the objectives established by the Tax Agency (July 2017) were activated and the necessary mechanisms were established to carry out these tasks according to the Tax Agency.• Modeling and customizing of Salesforce CRM (Sales module). Within a period of 3 months, the functions, profiles, formats and personalization of the entities were defined: Contacts, Candidates, Accounts and Opportunities, according to the needs of the commercial department.• A3Equipos for HR management. With duration of 3 months, the migration management of HR from Sage to A3 was done.• Negotiation with IT suppliers. Reduction in 34% in communication and 12% in Hardware and Sofware.
