FitPro Alliance provides training and certification for fitness professionals equipped to meet the diverse needs of individuals in contemporary society. Our courses hold accreditation from EuropeActive, and we exclusively develop all materials in-house, drawing from our proprietary Integrated Functional Fitness Framework (IFFF). The IFFF is designed to connect the realms of physiotherapy and sports by employing principle-based learning methods. We adopt a mentorship approach to educate the upcoming generations of fitness professionals and prioritize collaboration with both medical and athletic communities.

The Business Analysis process begins with probing the client's sales funnel or operational processes and how they are supported by their internal team. This understanding is our base that aids in ensuring the Digital Assets we develop complement and further enhance their internal efforts.

The focus at Plenary was to grow the club's revenue and implicitly the membership base.After promptly rallying the team and outlining the club's growth plans, we've achieved the following milestones:► Grew revenue by 15% in 6 months► Grew the membership base by 21% in the first 5 months.

Managed a team of 65 members of staff serving 2500 members in a 5000 sqm club. Through my time at the club we:► Transitioned to selling upfront memberships only, ► Went from an attrition of 11% to an average of below 8% ► Achieved consecutive net gain. ► Upgraded the club adding access control, renovated showers, wet area and swimming pool. ► Led the region with an average of 40% of our expiring members renewing their accounts on monthly basis ► Reached a regional record of 152 renewed membership accounts in one month► Boosted annual Swimming pool revenues from 183 000 USD (2011) to 273 000 USD (2013).► Reached annual revenue of 5.2 mil USD.► Grew the membership base by over 25% between Sept 2012 - June 2013. ► Reached 3010 members by Jan 2014.

Responsibilities and initiatives:►Develop brand awareness and raise brand equity in Bahrain, Jordan, Qatar, Lebanon (until it closed in 2010) and KSA.►Responsible for all internal and external marketing campaigns, events andpromotions.►Overall planning & management of the marketing budget in the above territories.►Developed and integrated internal ROI monitoring and marketing admin processes.►Conducted pre-sale campaigns, and opened 3 clubs in Jordan, Bahrain andJeddah.►Implemented and launched in-house products - Results First & the Corporate Wellness Program.►Organised pioneering events such as Jordan’s first World Cup 1 DAY Football Tournament during which 63 matches were held, and Bahrain’s first public walking program in collaboration with Bahrain City Centre.►Activated cross promotions with HSBC Jordan, Standard Chartered Bahrain,BMI Bahrain, Bank Societe General Jordan, NISSAN Jordan, Safeway Jordan.►Built the Fitness First Jordan members’ Privilege Partner Program to more than70 brands offering discounts to our members.►Closed paid advertising deals with brands such as Zain, Mada, Breitling, HSBC and Arab Bank to name a few.

In charge of coordinating 4 full time group exercise instructors and 25 + freelancers, and a timetable with more than 95 classes per week in 5 studios. Also developed new choreographed classes with the instructor team, which also had their own mixed music. Ran paid courses also to boost the club revenue lines. Planned the Launch Event of Fitness First Platinum Abdoun and the Grand Opening of Fitness First Mecca Mall, both in 2008.

Responsibilities:► Writing and producing audio; ► Record and produce TV promos, IDs, spots, bumpers, stamps, radio spots, sound checks ► Execute adjustments on all the materials prior to broadcast. ► In charge of the client based A&V research production.►Coordinated TV personalities and recording artists, video artists and animators in the delivery of the final product.

Responsibilities:► In charge of all artistic and technical aspects of the TV station’s launch event. ► Assessed and ordered necessary logistics.► Coordinated and designed branding details according to venue restrictions and the station's marketing and branding standards. ► Established and maintained relationships with music industry stars, publishing houses, sponsors, radio stations and other media partners.
