    For more than 40 years, I have concentrated my practice on the representation of attorneys in professional liability claims and spend a significant amount of time helping lawyers address risk management issues. I am the co-chair of NYSBA's Law Practice Management Committee, a member of NYSBA's Committee on Professional Ethics and have authored a regular column for the ABA Law Practice Management Journal. In addition, I have written extensively for numerous publications and newsletters, including the New York Law Journal, the New York State Bar Journal and Nassau Lawyer. In addition to being a Past President of the Nassau County Bar Association, the largest suburban bar association in the country, I have lectured for the Professional Liability Underwriting Society, the ABA Standing Committee on Lawyer’s Professional Liability, the Nassau and Suffolk County Bar Associations, the New York State Bar Association, the New York City Bar and the American Conference Institute, as well as for various law firms, insurers and trade associations, at seminars covering diverse topics related to the attorney professional liability, risk management and law practice management.
