-Elected to the Executive Council by the members of the Eta Mu chapter of the Gamma Phi Beta Sorority -Serve as a member of the chapter’s executive council, representing the interests of the Education department at executive council meetings and communicating pertinent information back to the department-Lead and supervise the work of all Education department officers through setting goals with officers, leading regular department meetings-Manage the department budget and communicate regularly with all department officers and their advisors-Plan and coordinate an all-chapter sisterhood retreat-Meet with education advisor, campus fraternity/sorority advisor and internationalrepresentatives as required

-Appointed by the Education Vice President to be the Ritual Chairwomen of the Gamma Phi Beta Eta Mu Chapter-Execute crucial events following specific orders for membership and to continue proper membership including initiation, weekly meetings, and educational workshops-Create and execute new strategies to increase efficiency of each ritual and to engage members-Lead a committee in a team-oriented environment in order to make these events successful

-Collaborate with other members to plan events that promote a cohesive environment at Duke-Manage my own event with a budget of $2000 to promote unity and pride within Duke’s Class of 2022

-Facilitated communication between parents and coaches-Scheduled games and practices-Communicated with coaches of other teams and schedule games-Communicated and hired umpires-Managed the team's finances-Ordered and distributed uniforms for the entire team-Organized tournaments

-Attended all of the team's games and kept the scorebook-Organized and distributed the team's statistics and the statistics of individual players
