• I revised operations for 5 broadcasters in Eastern Europe resulting in an initial 15% increase in sales. This success continues with double digit increases annually.• Pioneered ‘Business Intelligence’ development resulting in tools and reports that provide unsullied insights for analysis, modeling and decision making for Fox.• I was part of a team that developed and launched the ‘Station in a Box’ concept for the WB ‘Station Group 100+’. This leading edge technology provides an efficient and cost effective method of getting a locally branded broadcast signal to a small market without the cost of building or hiring staff.• Worked with the US Embassy and 6 Bosnian broadcasters to acquire content, develop business plans and set up operations to launch a national network. • Successfully planned and launched channels in Venezuela, Brazil and Mexico. • I was given 45 days to have a channel operational in Italy; the master control infrastructure would not be ready for nine months. I assembled a team; we created a stand alone ‘broadcast station-in-a-rack’ that had the channel broadcasting by the required deadline.• The Lorimar facility was losing several million dollars annually; I eliminated various operating areas (graphics, telecine) and focused the business on duplication and distribution, thus regaining profitability. • I initiated and negotiated vendor purchasing contracts for video tape, broadcast equipment and satellite/transponder capacity that saved Warner Bros over $10 million annually. Due to my successes and ‘win-win’ approach I was asked to expand my negotiations with other vendors and divisions. • I led the concept design and development of an electronic archival and distribution database for TV and theatrical scripts. The savings in shipping, storing and managing distribution was several million.
