I am currently Chair of the charity which oversees the running of the Bridgewater Hall and a member of the Alliance Manchester Business School advisory board.With a background in market research, I am skilled at listening to and understanding the voices of customers, employees, and partners. I excel at presenting insights in ways that lead to greater clarity and understanding and using this to secure buy-in for strategies that drive meaningful change. As a graduate of the Major Projects Leadership Academy, I take pride in leading major transformation projects, leveraging my skills in analysis, stakeholder engagement, tailored governance, and risk management.As the first Contract Management Capability lead for my department, I am equally comfortable working with direct staff and contractors. Prior to joining government, I successfully led organisations in winning and conducting research assignments for major blue-chip companies, charities, and government entities. My experience includes establishing the international division of an SME, founding and leading my own business, and overseeing divisions for a global corporation.Having lived in Istanbul, Colombo, and Washington DC, and worked in diverse locations from Sakhalin to Geneva to Birmingham, Alabama, I bring a global perspective to my work. I thrive on collaborative efforts with a wide range of stakeholders to discover win-win solutions.
