Built a Store Dev Delivery business case for a local food retailer; effectively support their store development and construction partners by improving the supply chain and delivery process. Provided end-to-end visibility to order status, plan for and coordinate Jit In Time (JIT) delivery of supplies to construction sites and enable accountability of true cost of store development. Streamlined and integrated their support processes and functions: Supply Chain Ops, Store Dev, Construction, AP, Transportation, & Logistics.Defined mission/vision, set IT Strategy, and developed a 3-year roadmap for Cascadian Therapeutics (now Seattle Genetics); worked with CFO and IT Director to prioritize work to strengthen network capabilities to support business process improvements, upgrade systems, ensure system and procedural compliance, to allow for future ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) integrations to support drug product commercialization.Developed an IT Roadmap and managed the IT portfolio for Juno Therapeutics (now Celgene), a life sciences company; worked with the Sr. IT Director to plan and prioritize network improvements to allow for better data security and eventual data migration to the cloud.
