ALBA Executive Development offers open and customized executive education programs, including In-house MBAs, executive management programs, leadership development programs, customized seminars and other innovative learning programs for executives and organizations.The role of a senior manager consists of the following:Senior Manager • Program curator of ALBA - Eurobank MBA in Financial Services (Accredited by Association of MBAs and NEASC)• Coordinates a wide portfolio of executive learning programs and projects in Greece and abroad• Communicates and co-operates with corporate clients in order to ensure excellence in project delivery• Liaises with executive participants in order to secure excellence of customer service and support• Participates in the selection & evaluation process of program candidates and potential executive program participants• Liaises with resident and international visiting professors in order to secure program customization and flow.• Conducts market research of the domestic and international training industry• Participates in the design, initiation and implementation of marketing initiatives and program branding activities of the Executive Development Department• Participates in the development of novel / innovative executive education products and processes• Participates in the design and implementation of communication initiatives
