Lead Business Consultant and Subject Matter Expert with over 20 year’s life, life waiver and disability claims experience. Led all of the stages of a claim system implementation. Facilitated requirements workshops and responsible for production of key design documents. Played a key role in the Quality Assurance process, and provided post go live support. Key to multiple life, waiver, and disability solutions from initial requirement workshop engagement through post go live benefit realization. Brought system expertise, industry expertise and best practices to Client engagements.
