María Martha is a restless woman, with initiative and worried about improving her environment. Since 2010 she follows a passion: to form the future leaders in our society. She does it from her position as Academic Director of the Bachelor of Business Administration and Administration of the University of Montevideo and from her role as Professor of Creativity and Innovation and Entrepreneurship. Also through Incompany training to some of the most important companies in Uruguay. She has a degree in Business Management and Administration and a Master in Communication Management, and has specialized in Innovation and Entrepreneurship, with a focus on Design Thinking at Columbia University, University of Berkeley and Stanford University. In addition, she is an innate traveler. She has visited more than 200 cities on 4 continents, knowing hotels (as a user and as a critic) of all styles, focusing on boutique hotels with fewer than 25 rooms. From this passion, Pura was born, a company she founded in 2010 and was in charge for six years of the most important boutique hotel projects in Uruguay. During that path she has developed her sensitivity for service and the development of consumer experiences.
