• Development and engagement of Rasa Living/Donna DeCruz online community by creating and publishing original content (articles, images and videos) based on the company’s brand and events appearances.• Update companies' social media profiles: Facebook, Twitter, YouTube

• Ensure every customer has a positive shopping experience by creating a one to one connection and demonstrating knowledge of the merchandise and brand to maximize the sales opportunity. • Assist with coaching new associates in company policies and procedures, CRM, and sales and promotions. • Complete daily cash and/or credit card transactions accurately and efficiently. Also, deal with returns/exchanges in a positive manner.
