After more than 10 years of experience as strategic consultant and project Management, I have participated in more than 70 projects related to cluster development. Always the aim is set at improving the competitiveness of the companies of the region or cluster and the enhancement of the local stakeholders. My experience has been built upon strategic analysis and facilitation of activities with companies which are the key for any cluster development projects. Not only this, but actual implementation of collaborative projects within specific clusters. Thus, having the whole perspective: clusters mapping, definition of strategy and action plan of clusters and actions implementation. I have been able to acquire strategic knowledge on a variety of sectors. From traditional industries (such as textiles, fashion and furniture and decoration or food industry within its whole value chain) to more technological or advanced manufacturing sectors (like smart cities, cibersecurity or fine pharmaceutical industry).
