The HR function has been developed with a strategic plan: Organization & payroll,Recruitment, Training&Dev., Carreer management, People Care.My main tasks: - implementing the People Care plan with drivers of wellbeing, work - life balance , engagement andwork environment- executing the recruiting pipeline, onboarding and engagement of interns and first selection and interview of permanent figures- drafting the plan of action and the policy for the “next normal” and agile work- recording employee’s timesheet and attendance analysis- implementing the recruiting dashboard with collected data from different sources- partecipating the HR dept. digital transformation process (project management, attendanceregistration system, recruiting dashboard and tools)- executing the tasks needed for the recruiting program for STEM graduates- executing ordinary HR tasks (payroll, recruiting, onboarding, facility management)

The experience in iVision allowed me to understand and be part of the growth and evolution process of the company. The pandemic situation has forced many companies to develop alternative management strategies and iVision has also implemented great changes, I found myself in the middle of the process of diversification and growth, which allowed me to observe how companies move in difficult situations.
