In addition to my role in Performance- and Talent Management, I have taken on the responsibility for the Learning & Development function. This has among other things included building global leadership programs for all Leaders as well as for Executives and their successors.

As the Lead for Performance Development and Talent Management one of my key focus areas has been to enhance and redefining our approach to Performance Development including Talent Reviews & Succession Planning. I am also responsible for our Job Architecture, ensuring it is updated to function globally. Additionally, I am resposible for the onboarding- and offboarding processes and drive several global projects as a nordic representative, including career development, mentorship program and onboarding. I have also contributed to organizational projects and change management initiatives. I am a member of the HR leadership team.

Feb 22 -> June 22Talent Acquisition Lead (Operations & Core Engineering)Responsible for WFP, forecasting and to coach the managers regarding TA and our new TA-model.October 21 -> March 22Working in the Business Tech Going Global project. Focus on building a global tech TA function that will scale up the organization. It means a new way of working within TA, for example more proactive, sourcing and pipeline work and also upskilling of our TA teams and leaders. I was agile coach/project manager for the pilots/frontrunners and work a lot with coaching TA members.

Led the HR area of the employee journey, including Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Onboarding/Offboarding, Employer Branding & Trainee program.- Built a new TA process including a new recruitment process and implementation of a new recruitment system.- Established a collaboration with the marketing department, focusing on employer branding in social media.- Built Marginalen Trainee program from scratch and acted as project manager for the program. - Built a new process to of working with onboarding/offboarding.- Co-led a broad company culture project- HRBP for Innovation & Acceleration, supporting and coaching the managers on HR related topics & took part of several Innovation & Acceleration projects (for example training the entire company in AI).- Worked closely with comp & ben to create an optimal way of working with the total remuneration offer to employees.

Fokus på att bygga upp en HR och rekryteringsfunktion med tillhörande processer1) Strategiskt arbete inom HR med fokus på employer branding & rekrytering 2) Operativt arbete med rekrytering av IT-konsulter, headhunting, EXIT-samtal, nätverkande & eventsAducera består av IT-konsulter med spetskunskap inom Oracle affärssystem.

Konsultuppdrag för att arrangera och projektleda EW Talent Program 2014. Introduktionsprogram för nyexaminerade ingenjörer på Saab EDS i Järfälla. 17 deltagare inom b.la Systemutveckling, Test, Mekanik, Elektronik, Produktion, ILS & Configuration Management. Introduktionsprogrammet pågick med 70 olika utbildningsaktiviteter, studiebesök & teambuilding under 7 månader.(Planering av program, marknadsföring, employer branding, rekrytering, projektledning, personalansvar.)
