Specifically working as part of the HR recruitment team within Morgan Law, I provide a full administration service to ten consultants including a Director and two Associate Directors on both a day to day and a project basis.My main responsibilities and achievements include:• Retainer work: Working closely alongside the Director during lengthy recruitment projects, I type up detailed candidate notes and ring candidates to inform them of successful interviews. I am also responsible for arranging and co-ordinating interviews.• HR: I have full responsibility for dealing with sickness and absence records and for monitoring staff annual leave. • Speaking with clients over the phone to obtain full references for our candidates • Data base work: Emails, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Voyager: Formatting of CV’s, creating spreadsheets and support with presentations using PowerPoint • Being the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing a professional reception• Supporting the Office Manager to ensure the smooth running of the office and provide support where required• Compiling Business Development Statistics for individual consultants on a weekly basis • Dealing with queries and re-directing incoming calls• Diary management: Coordinating room bookings and equipment for meetings, booking hotels, couriers and taxis • Minute taking • Dealing with incoming and out going post • Photocopy, printing, filing and faxing• Maintaining efficient storage and a tidy office including liaising with consultants and suppliers Show less
