• Maintaining cash book and ledger.• Maintaining of accounts in computerized environment ( In Tally ERP 9 )• Maintaining stock register and fixed assets register• Preparing Bank Reconciliation Statement.• Monitoring utilization of funds as per Budget.• Preparation of Tax statements of project staff salary, contractor, hiring vehicle and taxdeductions (TDS).• Timely distribution of funds to blocks for proper execution of project activities.• Consolidation of Annual accounts for the purpose of Statutory audit and Internal audit• Liaison with bankers.• Preparation EPF statements.

• Preparation of income tax calculation statement• Preparation of projected balance sheet and profit and loss account• Involve in tax audit, trust audit, Bank audit.• Checking that financial reports and records are accurate and reliable• Preparing audit reports and finalisation of audit work.
