Sr. Account Coordinator
Current• Manage requisition lifecycle from creation, submittals and interviews through fulfillment for multiple local and national clients.• Manage client and vendor relationships by submitting candidates via various Application Tracking systems and direct to client.• Coordinate interview process by working directly with candidates and hiring managers including providing confirmation documentation via email and calendaring in Outlook.• Manage onboarding function including processing and managing background check status, employment contracts, client specific documents, and confirming new hire start date.• Assist in onboarding consultants on client site and support consultant care by responding to inquiries from billing consultants.• Responsible for administrative support and key communication to the sales team including compiling client audit information, client contracts, consultant lists, routine and ad hoc reports. • Support HR functions in time-tracking management, processing rate changes, billing changes, and processing internal paperwork for leaves of absence, and offboarding.• Coordinate consultant lunch events.• Assist in coordination and support of recruiting, sales and operations activities as needed.• Provide process improvement opportunities for streamlining candidate and client experience.
