Over the years I've perfected my expertise in various aspects of UX, including UX, UX Content, and most recently, Conversational UX. I've been involved with chatbots since 2012 and gained and mastered experience in conversational design. Drawing on my expertise, I joined the team advising on the government's chatbot strategy. Designing people-centered experiences felt natural. It was clear to me that if I designed something for someone else, those groups of people would have to try it, provide feedback, and help me improve my work. With this mindset, I successfully led digital initiatives with a user-centric focus. I became a self-taught UX designer and developed a deep passion.

My job entails creating helpful content for individuals and generating content for the customer support chatbot. I strive to make it easier for citizens to navigate city procedures and complaints.

My first encounter with the design of amazing products. I couldn’t believe the level of usability that these devices have. However, I wanted to do something that had a more social impact.

I tried in the advertising industry, but it didn't quite resonate with me. Although the people I worked with were the most creative folks I knew, I didn't feel compelled to promote products that people didn't truly need. Despite understanding the potential impact of advertising, it just wasn’t for me.

I began my professional journey as a reporter for TN television channel, but it wasn't a good fit for me. Nonetheless, it did help me cross out something I knew I didn't want to pursue in the future.
