I established mariaquinn.com in 2004 and have built up a small team delivering high-quality software development, consultancy and support services to SMEs across the UK.Much of my work focuses on database application development, (Oracle, MySQL, SQLServer, SQLite, PostgreSQL), web development and middleware using Java, C#, ASP and PHP..

At Batch I am responsible for the ongoing development and support of the two applications which drive their business - Batch Returns which I developed in 2009/10, and Batch Payments. Both systems are web-based with Oracle at the back end and they interface with PathFinder for EDI processing. The applications are used by Batch admin staff and by booksellers.
