Maria is a Business Administrator with a Masters in Human Resource from UMG. Maria started her career as a Language Arts teacher in 1994 and moved up to manage Human Resources functions from 2000. Since then, she has handled several roles in HR services such as recruitment, training, and general HR. Maria’s held senior positions such as Director, Administration and HR services for prestigious local and international schools across the United States and Latin America. Maria floated her own company Reclutamiento en Uno which was specifically catering to HR services across a broad spectrum of industries such as educational institutions, business process outsourcing units, contact centers, and hospitality centers. She is well versed in all aspects of resource management, training, and legalities pertaining to labor laws across varied industries. Her knowledge includes recruitment evaluations, managing payroll processing, compensation reviews, and profile analysis. Maria joined hands with NetSinergy in late 2012 to provide specialized HR services for all aspects of BPOs, contact centers, web based services, etc. She is also a language translator, interpreter, and fluent in English and Spanish, with knowledge of German. Maria is currently the Director for HR Services and is based out of their offices in Guatemala, Central America.
