I teach ESG, Sustainability, CSR, System Thinking, Mental Model, Social Innovation and Social Entrepreneurship in MM-ESG & Sustainability at Sanata Dharma University

I lead the ESG Task Force and have authored and released the "ESG Implementation Guidance," available for free download at: www.esgtaskforcekadin.id. Additionally, we undertake various initiatives to provide KADIN members with resources, insights, and networking opportunities pertaining to ESG.

It is an honour for me, that I was just invited to the advisory board of ESG Index for the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) issued by KEHATI Foundation

In 2018, I established the "Faculty Sustainability Competition" with the aim of motivating all faculties within the University to incorporate SDGs into their teaching, research, and community development endeavors. This initiative has become a lasting legacy, as the competition continues to be organized annually by the faculty responsible for hosting the University Anniversary celebration, ensuring its sustainability.

I formulated the curriculum for the Master's Degree Program specializing in CSR and Sustainability, utilizing a grant of USD 350,000 from the Ford Foundation awarded between 2007 and 2010. This curriculum integrated practical tools developed during my consultancy work in CSR programs, thereby embodying a blend of practical and academic approaches, which I term "PRACADEMIC." Additionally, I created various tools to aid clients in CSR programs, which were subsequently shared within this Master's Degree Program.Although I previously established a website for the Master's Degree Program, it was removed by the institution following my resignation. Furthermore, my contribution to the program's establishment history has been overlooked. Thus, it is essential to delineate the program's history here to ensure transparency and understanding among the public.

I initiated the establishment of CECT, a Research Center at Trisakti University, which was formalized by a Rector's Letter issued by the late Prof. Dr. Thoby Mutis in 2002. The organization managed two Master's Degree programs specializing in CSR and CE (Community Entrepreneurship) (MM-CSR and MM-CE).Since 2011, CECT has been actively involved in research and consultancy services in Sustainability, CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility), Social Entrepreneurship, Third Sector Organizations, and Philanthropy. Despite my founding role in this organization, my name was omitted from its establishment history on the website following my resignation from the institution. Therefore, it is essential to provide a detailed account of the programs' history here to ensure transparency and public comprehension.

Ausmincham Indonesia has main role in the maintenance and enhancement of Australian-Indonesia relations in the minerals, mining, extraction, energy and resources sectors by highlighting the benefits of Australian Investment.

I led the formulation of Grand Design of CSR for State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) and Drafted the new Ministerial Regulation about CSR for SOEs

WIGBI is established by Austrade (Australia Trade Commission). WIGBI was inaugurated on 31 March 2015. This is a nonprofit organisation to support women entrepreneurs in developing their professionalism and network.

My role was to provide an Academic Review and Recommendations for the Drafting of the CSR Law.The final decision of the detailed content of the Law remains with the members of the House of Representatives. This project was funded by USAid, through Pro-Representative (ProRep) in 2013. Now, in 2016, the effort is continued by the Regional House of Representative (DPD)

I design the "Due Diligence Tools" for assessing to what extent an enterprise is a Community Enterprise. I have been part of the judging panel since 2010, for the program of "AGF Community Entrepreneurship Challenge", organised by the British Council Jakarta and funded by the Arthur Guinness Funds.
