• Analysis of express and standard worldwide orders of 8 brands (Zara, Massimo Dutti, Bershka, Pull&Bear, Stradivarius, Oysho, Zara Home and Uterqüe)• Adaptability working in a constant fast paced always opening new merchants (Europe, Japan, Russia, EEUU, Canada and Mexico)• Observing any type of customer transactions to flag or identify any suspicious activity• Checking payment details through the gateways• Analysis of each flagged activity and clients’ performance data• Management of fraud trackings and tools in order to suggest improvements• Taking the final decisions of the online orders based on analytical data• On a more long-term trend, keep models and conducts to prevent future fraudulent transactions• Working police reports and take appropriate action• Responsible of pulling reports of old orders to update them and all the cancelled orders with the intern software, working them in Excel and send them to the appropriate department and country• Work under pressure prioritising tasks on a daily basis• Contact with stores, warehouses, transport companies, Customer Service and Inditex Level 2• If necessary, proceed with refunds• Responsible of blocking or unblocking accounts, accepting or cancelling orders and leaving details under review, in negative lists or removing from suspect• Chargeback defences• Direct contact with Paypal for unauthorised payments, chargebacks and claims
