Responsible for the Technical Program for strategic positions like project and vessel managers, ROV and Survey managers and coordinators with focus on 3 strategic areas: technical, HSSE and management. Responsible for the HSSE E-learning platform (corporate) and the internal trainings working closely with the HSSE Department on new initiatives. Provide internal consulting for the department managers. Certified as ISO Internal Auditor (2015 version). Manage external customer contracts. Responsible for the HR budget. Act as HR Manager Deputy.

Responsible for the leadership training program.

Provide and design learning solutions. Facilitated the transfer of knowledge using facilitation skills to close competence gaps and improve performance. Participated in the 70:20:10 Learning Model implementation. Participated in the New Employee Path plataform to follow up the first new employee year to guarantee the acquisition of the company necessary knowledge.

Coordinated training and development for international business units (Brazil, Mexico, Mauritania, Nigeria, the UK and the US). Developed specific programs jointly with local offices. Maintained / updated E-Learning Portal and develop E-Learning courses. Provided instructional support to internal development programs (mainly for HSSE) and coordinated summer internship program. Responsible for internal procedure revision. Participated in internal and external audits. Managed external customer contract.

Brought on board to assist in developing cultural competence and communication skills. Taught Portuguese to participants who subsequently worked as diplomats in countries with Portuguese as the mother language.

Improve the interface between norwegian O&G companies and the consular sector to manage work visa needs.

In charge of developing Competence Map for various positions, elaborating Competence programmers jointly with Petrobras Corporate University and other federal universities, and providing internal consulting. Coordinated training and development programs as well as mentoring initiatives in cooperation with all sites across Brazil. Addressed numerous challenges including a lack of competence mapping methodology. Created and implemented new learning & teaching process that increased involvement, used different training tools, promoted changes, and unified a previously fragmented training coordination process. Responsible for the Technical Program for the project and planning technical employee with focus on 3 strategic areas: basic (construction, electric, mechanic, etc) and specific knowledge (subsea engineering, platform, refinery, planning and control, etc) and HSSE corporate trainings.

Developed E-Learning courses, prepared storyboard, and collaborated with the illustrators and Press department to ensure both paper and web versions of pedagogical materials. Conceptualized new ways of creating materials. Worked with multidisciplinary team.

For Coca-Cola, mapped local units’ HR corporate actions and served as a mentor for the portal in supporting local HR units within Brazil. For Petrobras, coordinated leaders’ performance evaluation training and functioned as tutor for course developed to train professionals using the evaluation system.
