MY PURPOSEI am here to help bring in a new energy for a more joyful way of life straight from your heart. It’s a life force energy that connects you to your pure purpose, intuition and wise self. I believe we are here to learn, grow and expand, as well as enjoy the beauty and flow of life. When going beyond your mind and ego’s boundaries, life becomes something to feel excited and comfortable with. MY APPROACHI facilitate with the ongoing shift from mind to heart by being a channel for this new frequency on earth. I do this through my coach programs, energy meditations, my podcast “Meditation Jam with Maria Rinné”, as a teacher on Insight Timer and writing. MY EXPERIENCE2004 my inner journey started when I became curious about meditation and the world beyond. I started an eight-year Master Class with Luminosa Institute with a meditation practice built on dynamic transformational energies. It was based in Sweden and took us around the world to beautiful places and energies. After graduating, I continued travelling the world to places that is calling me. I found myself to be an energetic key for this heart-based vibration. Working with energies for over two decades, my own and others, I've reached a place in life where I feel grounded, peaceful and open to life. It is a feeling I didn’t know I was missing until I felt it. To wake up and be excited about the day, regardless of outer circumstances. I love sharing the energy, tools and experiences further to shift the day for those I connect to and the world.
