After several years of honing my skills in marketing and content creation, I’m excited to pivot into an internal communications role where I can focus on engaging employees, fostering collaboration, and strengthening company culture in ways that truly matter.As a Marketing Coordinator and Specialist at Crescent Garden Company, I was responsible for creating content that resonated not only with external audiences but also with internal teams. From writing blogs and newsletters, to preparing presentations for company-wide meetings, my goal was always to communicate in a way that made employees feel informed, connected, and empowered. I also played a key role in ensuring our messaging reflected core values such as sustainability, innovation, and collaboration—values that helped create a deeper sense of purpose within the team.Before Crescent Garden, I co-founded Del Alma Photography Studio, where I built the brand and community from the ground up. I developed communication strategies that fostered transparency and collaboration, both within my team and with external partners.
