- Led financial due diligence for sell-side and buy-side transactions, building financial models and undertaking detailed financial analysis including monthly and yearly financials, profitability trends, projected performance and cash flow analysis.- Managed projects to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables, while coordinating tasks and mentoring of junior team members.- Served as the main client contact, working closely with the CFO and coordinating with internal and external advisors on the transaction.

I worked in the Equity Capital Markets team. The team advises companies on all aspects of an IPO and class 1 transactions; from the planning stage to post-IPO support. My work includes the following:- IPO Readiness: Assessing IPO readiness for a wide range of key areas, benchmarking against peers and providing practical recommendations to implement as a part of the IPO planning. - Reporting Accountant work streams; a) Historical Financial Information: Reviewing and challenging historical financial information prepared for the track record period in the prospectus.b) Working Capital: Evaluating forecasting models in order to assess projected financials and working capital.c) The financial position and prospects of the company ("FFP" procedures): Assessing key risks and gaps in the company's control environment considering the scope of meeting listing rules and best practice requirements. This include the areas of financial reporting, forecasting and budgeting, tax, IT, corporate governance and treasury. For some projects I have been leading the assist role, providing direct support to the company's CFO and finance team including the development of policies, procedures, processes and producing key IPO deliverables. - Post-IPO supportI have worked on transactions of various sizes (£150m to £11 bn) and in a broad range of industries including pharmaceuticals, industrials and energy. I have also spent some of my time working on statutory audits of listed companies in the tech industry, life sciences as well as media. During my time with ECM I also qualified as an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England And Wales (ACA).

I worked in the Department of Business Analysis within the Risk Management division of Nykredit, which is one of the largest private bond issuers in Europe.My main responsibilities included:• Analysing financial statements of companies of different sizes in various industries.• Organising, analysing and preparing incoming cases to senior managers.• Working closely with senior managers to assist in writing risk reports.

Finansiel Stabilitet (The Financial Stability Company) is a public-limited company owned by the Danish government. The company winds up the activities taken over from distressed banks.I worked in a research team and the research was used for the book ”Sidste udvej - Finansiel Stabilitet og bankkrisen i Danmark”. I analysed financial statements of distressed banks, Danish financial regulation and conducted qualitative analyses of a selection of banks. Furthermore, I cooperated with the IT and compliance department to develop a new archives system. I also administered the training of one research assistant, which included data collection and analysis.

I worked as a research assistant with the Department of Management, Politics and Philosophy at Copenhagen Business School.My main responsibilities were:• Organising the database ”Mapping Blue Denmark” covering shipping companies 1950-2012. • Compiling, processing and analysing statistical data on fleet size, revenue and balance sheet.• Training 3 new research assistants in data collection and processing.
