Together with the CEO of Paradiset I was building Paradiset’s Private Label portfolio of healthy, organic and sustainable food products. It was a pleasure to work closely with the CEO and build a brand and company from scratch. I was responsible for the brand communication, copy and packaging design. I loved the challenge of building a new brand from the ground up and creating a completely new product portfolio and marketing strategy for a new brand on the Swedish market.In this role I was also responsible for product development, sourcing and purchasing of products from Swedish and European organic food suppliers. Product launch was planned for 2020/2021, but due to the Covid19-pandemic the main shareholder Midsona AB decided to lay off all staff in Stockholm (including my role) and put the entire project on hold until after the pandemic. It was a great entrepreneurial endeavor to be part of, but a shame it ended too soon.

Start A Juice Bar is a consulting agency helping aspiring juice and smoothie bar owners to launch, run and scale a profitable business in the juice bar industry. As a Senior Project Manager, I was responsible for everything from onboarding new clients to making sure our projects met delivery deadlines. I managed the daily contact with our clients, answering any questions they might have and briefing them on the status of project milestones. I wrote business plans (including financial projections and start-up budgets) for our clients to help them raise capital from banks and/or investors. We developed menus for our clients and I was responsible for the menu costing, making sure our clients would get the right profit margins on their products. When a client had found the right location for their business, I helped them with a location analysis and location design. I also helped our clients to find the best vendors and provided them with administration documents and templates that would assist them with their operational processes.The Start A Juice Bar Agency has existed for more than a decade and has, after helping hundreds of clients, an unprecedented experience of launching, running and scaling a business in the juice and smoothie bar industry. About 80% of their clients are based in the U.S., but we worked with clients from all over the world.
