After only 4,5 months in this role I built and successfully launched a new commercial business unit: health tests.With this project I created a few milestones in Holistic’s company history: - First time ever the company launched 10 new products at the same time.(It can’t be done, until it’s done, right?) - First time ever the company worked with medical products, that needs to adhere to a completely different legislation.- First time ever the company works with in-house manufacturing products, creating the final product at our warehouse which means we now have our own production facility in-house.In this project I project managed over 40 employees simultaneously and successfully. Together with the CEO of Paradiset I was building Paradiset’s Private Label portfolio of healthy, organic and sustainable food products. It was a pleasure to work closely with the CEO and build a brand and company from scratch. I was responsible for the brand communication, copy and packaging design. I loved the challenge of building a new brand from the ground up and creating a completely new product portfolio and marketing strategy for a new brand on the Swedish market.In this role I was also responsible for product development, sourcing and purchasing of products from Swedish and European organic food suppliers. Product launch was planned for 2020/2021, but due to the Covid19-pandemic the main shareholder Midsona AB decided to lay off all staff in Stockholm (including my role) and put the entire project on hold until after the pandemic. It was a great entrepreneurial endeavor to be part of, but a shame it ended too soon.
