EDUCATION: Ruhlmann received her Ph.D. in Literature from Johns Hopkins University in 2017. Before attending Johns Hopkins, she had received her J.D. from the Universidad de Buenos Aires, graduating in 2004 with distinction. In 2009 she received her LL.M. in International Business Law from the Instituto de Empresa in Spain. Ruhlmann also participated in exchange programs at the Tulane University Law School in New Orleans and the Marshall-Wythe Law School of the College of William & Mary in Virginia, where she deepened her business law expertise. The Universidad de Buenos Aires, Tulane University, and the Instituto de Empresa awarded her for her academic performance. During her doctoral program, she received the Johns Hopkins University’s Dean’s Teaching Fellowship.
