I was born and raised in Bozeman, Montana, and graduated with Honors from Bozeman High School in 2020. After graduating, I took an unexpected gap year due to COVID-19, during which I worked full-time for our local animal shelter. Now, however, I am pursuing my passion for traveling and exploring new cultures. I lived in Saudi Arabia from 2015 to 2016, where I got my first taste of travel as my family and I explored the Middle East and parts of Europe -- and the bug has stayed with me since. I completed educational exchanges in Germany and Ghana during high school, and I now study in a different country every semester with my university, LIU Global. I also call Frankfurt, Germany home, after a family move in 2021. I am currently conducting field research in Indonesia on access to emergency medical care in low- and middle-income countries, a topic close to my heart as a registered Emergency Medical Technician and human rights advocate. I hope to use my skills in research, cultural literacy, and emergency medicine to improve access to emergency care worldwide in my professional career. I will graduate from LIU Global in the spring of 2024 with a Bachelor's degree in Global Studies, a minor in International Relations, and international research experience. I hope to pursue a double Master's degree in International Law of Global Security, Peace, and Development through the Erasmus Mundus program after graduation.
