My team is a part of a large scale public development project, consisting of both Danish and Indian team members. My primary role is to support my team and their activities while facilitating an agile process and all the events that entail. I have been a part of an organizational agile transformation, where my first task as a Scrum Master was to take the team from "Scrum but" to a fully agile process.

As a UX researcher at LEGO I planned and performed qualitative tests on applications such as the LEGO Life app and LEGO.com. They consisted of individual tests and a larger engagement study.
