Responsible for identifying, researching and organizing music-related content to build the HotDrop library. ► Managed both Pop Punk and Reggaeton playlists by adding 100 fresh tracks weekly► Completed 5 research efforts tying learning objectives to discovery methods and application usability

Interfaced directly with guests, an average of 50 per day, to gain understanding of and resolve issues, based on company operating procedures.
