Digital specialist in central team covering communications for Corus and Tata Steel on a global basis. Responsible for development and execution of the digital media communications strategy for Tata Steel in Europe and Tata Steel Group, including internet, intranet and other online tools. Operational responsibility for all digital content managed and delivered by Corporate Communications as well as managing content contributor communities for all other content. Management of third party suppliers and primary link between business and IT for improving internal tools.

Responsible for defining and leading the direction of the company's internal and external web presence. Owned and managed the central content management systems for web and intranet and led and coordinated editor communities for intranets and websites, to ensure quality, consistency and the application of best practice. Managed corporate digital content for the Corporate Relations and Investor Relations departments.

Part of the newly created Corporate Relations department, projects and activities included brand support to business units, the development of content for first full Corus Group website, delivery of a new intranet for the newly merged company and PR/Communications campaign for a corporate e-commerce joint venture with external partners.
