HR in general including internal and external stakeholder relationsbuilding, coaching, recruitment, terminations, employer branding, performancemanagement, changemanagement/organizational development, managementcoaching, ressourceplanning, strategic projects etc.

New position: Responsible for strategic HR developments including establishing of HR strategy, HR processes, recruitment, leadershipdevelopment and change management. People management of the HR team. All in close cooperation with the Board of Directors/the owners.
