Automating desktop application content distribution, ingestion and deployments into System Center Configuration Manager. Automation runs PowerShell and JavaScript in ServiceNow catalog item workflows.

In my third rotation as a Key Technology and Operations Rotational Analyst, I have gained the knowledge and skills to lead all application deployment activities. Daily, I deploy applications and packages to the enterprise through System Center Configuration Manager. I also build reports by building SQL queries from the SCCM database and automate some SCCM activities with Orchestrator Runbooks.

In my second rotaion as a Key Technology and Operations Rotational Analyst, I was placed in the Application Deployment Management department. Currently working in support, I monitor access requests to our code deployment systems, authorize 24 hour server access known as "break the glass", and approve/schedule code deployment movements at the bank. Unfortunately, this rotation was only 2 months in length (designed to be 6 months). A corporate reorganization disassembled the team.

In my first rotaion as a Key Technology and Operations Rotational Analyst, I was placed in the Treasury Operations department. With a concentration in Funding, my job functions pertain to changes in the bank's cash position. I process Fed Fund trades, incoming/outgoing securities, and monitor Due From accounts. I also work closely with wires, whether it be verifying high values, reporting high values, entering manual wires or verifying the manual wires.

My resposibilities were focused in applications. Mainly organizing systems utilizing internal applications at the bank. I also rationalized the current programs on client PCs (internal KeyBank users) using an application called MALIBU. Additionally,I created a website that clients could use to determine how applications are added to their PCs. Finally, I learned the entirety of the application packaging process at the bank as well as worked on packaging a Cisco application.

As a shift leader, I was responsible for training new employees, maintaining the soft serve machine (taking apart, cleaning and filling), managing employees during a rush, and completing the final checklist when closing down the store.

My main roles consisted of food preparation and customer service. I prepped espresso drinks, fruit smoothies, and other menu items. I also handled cash register transactions and cleaning tasks.
