Support the development of 3 different construction projects in 3 different areas of Panama and assist to the general manager for a property development. * Management of 3 construction projects * Work site inspection * Acquisition of project finance * Economical control of the main budgets * Technical Assistance * Find solutions to the daily problems related to the projects. * Assist to the main Project Manager of the company. * Management of the commercial area The first project is about 250 single-family houses in a city outside of Panama. This project also included the roads, electricity and water-supply infrastructure that this houses need. This project was shared with 2 partners so negotiation about the projects it was a normal duty. I was part of this project in the economical, technical and financial side.The second project was the construction of 4 towers of 15 levels each divided in 2 stages. In this project I focused more on the commercial side, developing selling techniques, managing and attending clients.The third project was acquisition, financing and construction of 300 houses in the Penonome province. In this project we had to construct roads, water supply and electricity infrastructure. Working in this project I had the opportunity to negotiate with the former owners and during the process obtain the financing for the 2 first stages. At the same line we initiated the selling process.
