- Recruiting for the regional program (Argentina, Mexico and Brazil). - As there were different countries with different languages, we worked mostly with English (both written and oral), an exclusive requirement to be part of the program.- Filtering of candidates by CV (more than 3,400 candidates applied). - Candidates, chosen through their CV (2,203 candidates), were asked to perform different original and creative challenges. - Filtering of candidates by these challenges (1,031 candidates in the 1st challenge, 165 in the 2nd challenge). - PowerPoint presentation with the different exercises, games, challenges or tasks.- Group interviews (7 Assessments, 73 candidates) where different skills were evaluated through the exercises/challenges. o Conducting assesmento Powerpoint presentationo Observation, taking note of the skills of each of the participants.- Communication of the steps to be followed (in English language)- Telephone offers (15 candidates) - Onboarding of candidates in person at the office- Use of tools such as PollEvs, Menti and Kahoot.
