In my role as an Aircraft Maintenance Project Intern, I worked closely with the Engineering Project Team and Document Control Team to develop and carry out aircraft maintenance projects, ensuring we met deadlines and complied with ANAC regulations. I was responsible for creating detailed maintenance/alteration project reports in accordance with National Agency of Civil Aviation (ANAC) guidelines, which contributed to the successful approval of major alterations and repairs. I utilized advanced 2D and 3D modelling software to design and modify aircraft parts, enhancing the precision and efficiency of maintenance processes. I also interpreted complex technical drawings and data to guarantee the proper execution of maintenance projects and adherence to industry standards and certifications. As a proactive communicator, I liaised with team leaders and cross-functional teams, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or challenges that arose during the maintenance process. I meticulously reviewed maintenance documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness to comply with ANAC regulations and streamline the approval process. I consistently updated my knowledge of aviation regulations and certifications, making sure that maintenance projects were in line with industry best practices and legal requirements.

As an Infrastructure Team Member for the Mechanical Engineering and Innovation Student Week event, I collaborated with a team of four to efficiently manage budgets and logistics for acquiring equipment. Together, we developed and executed a compelling academic week agenda, which included seminars, discussion panels, and mini-courses on innovation, mechanical engineering, and entrepreneurship. I played a key role in securing valuable resources and sponsorships, including obtaining state sponsorship, to enhance the overall experience for participants and speakers. To ensure the event's success, I created a rotating schedule for the team to promote effective time management and balanced workload distribution. I also developed engaging content to showcase the importance of mechanical engineering and innovation within the industry, drawing attendees to the event. Serving as a liaison for event speakers, I managed their schedules, presentations, transportation, and accommodations, fostering strong relationships and ensuring a positive experience for all involved. Throughout the event planning process, I demonstrated strong teamwork and communication skills, adapting to evolving event needs and addressing challenges to deliver a successful and impactful event experience.
