I have dedicated the past 9 years to developing innovative education solutions that empower youth through STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) learning. My work focuses on bridging the gap between technology and education by equipping young learners with the skills necessary to thrive in a rapidly evolving world.I have pioneered accessible programs (coding for girls, Internet of Things bootcamp, the development of a platform for online courses, urban camp programs) that promote digital literacy, creativity and leadership among children and youth from diverse backgrounds and countries. I have built strategic partnerships with educational institutions, companies or organisations and led multidisciplinary teams to ensure sustainable growth and scalability of our initiatives (over 10.000 youth participants attended our programs and more than 1.000 educational modules were developed through comprehensive research and iterative improvement). I have pioneered new approaches to robotics and coding learning experiences, ensuring Small Academy stays at the forefront of educational innovation (testing and integrating new technologies in our programs – AI, IoT, electronic circuits, new materials – wood and plexiglass and new tools – power drill, moto saw).I have been featured speaker and nominated for extraordinary results at various industry events, discussing the future of education and technology for young learners (Forbes Romania, TEDx, IQads, Digi 24, Banca Transilvania, Embassy of Sweden, Radio Guerrilla).

Oversaw a portfolio of 4 client accounts across diverse sectors, leading the end-to-end execution of strategic communication campaigns. Worked closely with each client to ensure campaign alignment with their business objectives. Directed daily operations and campaign management, coordinating with internal teams across creative, coding, social media, strategy, PR and media functions to deliver client projects on time and within budget. Within my first year, I was promoted to Senior Account Manager, having demonstrated strong leadership and team development skills. I guided and mentored a junior account manager, holding weekly one-on-one sessions to provide personalised feedback, support client interactions and ensure continuous growth in their role.

Being the client’s consultant, I was responsible to analyze their business need and identify the most relevant communication strategy. Based on the client’s needs, I presented briefs summarizing the campaign's objectives, tone of voice, key message, deliverables and budget. I guided creative, strategic, social media and development teams to implement and complete digital projects and campaigns for clients such as Petrom, Aptamil, Mitsubishi.I was responsible for analyzing KPIs across multiple channels and prepared follow-up presentations, to propose enhancements and future developments.

Using the FunDeal group buying website as a communication channel, I created and optimised the daily content planning and marketing mix, considering the competition overview, business target, market trends and consumer behavior. I oversaw monitoring data for owned and paid media channels, to develop strategies to drive a positive customer experience and website sales.I was the lead for the company’s top clients in the negotiation and onboarding process: Orange, Vodafone, Radisson Blu, Blue Air, Credit Europe Bank, Domo, Cambridge Institute, Movieplex Cinema. I managed various communication channels to accelerate the company’s sales growth: Maestro program, mobilPay MasterCard Mobile platform, eva.ro, Banca Romaneasca partnership and Realitatea.net PR campaign. I prepared sales forecasts, reports and guidelines for each individual channel to reach KPIs and sales objectives. I trained and coordinated the content department in producing web deliverables and creative sales deals.

Through a relationship based approach, I advised customers and provided information about the company’s products. Worked closely with the marketing team and planned sales strategies in order to reach KPIs and drive a high volume of sales. I completed reports on customer needs, interests and competitive activities for sales management and logistic teams.
