Customer Service Representative
Current• Receive and inspect customer PO’s for product information, pricing accuracy and shipping methods.• Ensure all PO pricing is correct, matches customer contract pricing or has received required approval. Use Salesforce quotes for noncontract pricing.• Enter order into our Baan or SAP system choosing company assigned lead time for each product.• Final inspection of order for accuracy and send OA to customer.• Electronically save copies of OA, PO and other important documents for audit and referral purposes.• Collaborate with Sales team, update on order status, communicate issues and seek assistance when needed. • Promptly reply to customer requests for tracking, ship dates and other pertinent questions.• Keep customers informed of changes to their orders. Send revised OA when needed.• Adhere to all department regulations such as 48-hour turnaround time for submitting OA’s, receiving proper approval for all cancellation requests and credit/return requests.• Organize Outlook emails, categorize and flag. Keep detailed notes on orders that are pending approvals from Engineering, Sales, or other crucial departments.• Process credits and returns as needed. Follow all company guidelines. • Work with the Planning department and warehouse on order changes, RPO’s and expedite requests. • Work closely with Service Centers on customer PO’s requiring labor/installation.
