Customer Service Representative
Current- Receive and inspect customer PO’s for product information, pricing accuracy and shipping methods.
- Ensure all PO pricing is correct, matches customer contract pricing or has received required approval. Use Salesforce quotes for noncontract pricing.
- Enter order into our Baan or SAP system choosing company assigned lead time for each product.
- Final inspection of order for accuracy and send OA to customer.
- Electronically save copies of OA, PO and other important documents for audit and referral purposes.
- Collaborate with Sales team, update on order status, communicate issues and seek assistance when needed.
