I have worked in various aspects of training and management for many years. I have extensive experience with education, human resource and recruitment in healthcare, restaurants, and most recently retail. I am a native to Tennessee. I am a natural with details and systems. Throughout my career I have had a passion for helping people. I have taught ESL for nearly two decades. I am a self-proclaimed “Grammar Nazi”. I bring language and educational skills to provide resume restructuring, confidence elevation, and interview tips to help match qualified candidates with the appropriate careers.I serve as the Secretary/ Treasurer on the Board of Directors of a theatrical production company and am an active volunteer with several not for profit affiliations. I edit short stories and peer reviews for articles in various publications.
