- Managing the full cycle of HR records management;- Management of the work of junior specialists of the department (distribution of duties in the department, control of execution, transfer of experience, etc.);- Maintaining and updating the internal vacation system;- Accountability to the Departments of the National Social Insurance Fund and Statistics of the High Technology Park; participation in audits;- Organize the pre-boarding/on-boarding/off-boarding process;- Work in close cooperation with CEO, CTO, CPO, VP of Sales- Administration and development of compensation and benefits program;- Organization of team building and involvement of employees in participation;- Taking care of employees.
