Business Coaching, also a graduate of the School for Social Enterprise Business Development Programme 2022 equipping me with the knowledge and expertise to tackle complex challenges head-on.Co-founder and business lead Illuminate Charity 2008 - 2024 our purpose was coaching and training with a social impact, bridging the gap between therapy, counselling and poor mental health with coaching. We designed and developed innovative projects and initiatives that served the business community as well as our beneficiaries such as talks, workshops, coaching and mentoring raising funds for the charity and encouraging meaningful dialogue on mental health, workplace stress and work-life balance. A fine art degree from Newcastle Poly, went onto live and travel for many years in S.E Asia, teaching English (TEFL certificate and L3 Teaching Award).
