With the finishes selected by the Owner and the capability to hire staff I was in charge of the whole process from doing the survey to observe existing conditions to attend all final AHCA inspections of an 9M project doing Interior Finishes replacement with MEP on place. During the execution of the winning Bid other projects were added at the facility and were completed during the construction activity.
