    My responsibilities at CIC event congress are project management from start to finish. At CIC, we use SuperOffice as our CRM-system, and I am the administrator and super user. We are working with Amadeus for flight bookings, and we are IATA-certified. In addition, I am responsible for the company Instagram account since January 2020.__________Mine oppgaver i CIC event congress består av prosjektledelse fra a til å. Dette er et eventbyrå som har hele spektret: kongresser, konferanser, eventer og bedriftsreiser. Jeg har min egen kundeportefølje og har budsjett- og salgsansvar. I tillegg har jeg ansvar for planlegging og gjennomføring av arrangementer og reiser av alle slag - i Norge og utlandet. De siste årene har flere av kundene vært profilerte arkitektfirmaer, med sine særlige krav til faglig innhold. Jeg er superbruker i vårt CRM-system (SuperOffice) og Amadeus (flybestillingssystem).
