I’ve built my career in the software industry. Once I arrived at SAP, I never looked back.I find great satisfaction in leading teams to build strategy and execution to introduce game-changing solutions for customers all over the world. On the product side, I enjoy developing the demand generation strategy and sales execution plans for our newest solutions. I love the challenge of building pipeline and strategizing to close pipeline gaps. I’ve also worked successfully with several SAP partners to expand the range of solutions we can offer to our customers. On the people side, I believe in enabling our sales teams to develop the knowledge and confidence they need to go out there and exceed their goals. I enjoy developing training programs and networks to ensure that they have all the tools they need to be successful. My work is a blend of driving programs, running program management, cultivating talent, and driving both strategy and execution. I am motivated by exciting new solutions, the challenge of energizing field sales teams, and hitting ambitious sales targets for SAP. I speak fluent Spanish and Portuguese, which gives me the ability to expand my professional reach into emerging markets in Latin America, while adding new friends and colleagues throughout the hemisphere.In my spare time, I enjoy running, international travel, spending time with my husband and playing with my little girls.
